We will have a on-theme table clothes for your use. Please use them, thank you!

• If you have a cowboy/girl hat or anything else that is Western Rodeo themed please wear it! These seemingly small touches go a long way for branding the event and keeping excitement high. Thank you!

• We strongly suggest bringing a shade tent even though there is a lot of natural shade. It’s also suggested that you bring weights for your tent even if it doesn’t appear to windy that morning

• Your vendor space will be roughly 14’ x 12’

• You’ll have access to water/hose for set up and clean up

• If you require power you’ll need to provide your own generator

• There is reliable wi-fi, please ask venue staff for password when you arrive

• There are free water stations on both of the bars inside

• If you’ve decided to make a donation to the Silent Auction, THANK YOU, and please bring your item to the Rotary table upon arrive, we’ll need to know the retail value.
